“Terrible Day Trip… Mis Management at its Peak! Bus travel was extremely Uncomfortable and seating arrangement was pathetic, complete non sense. we asked for a seat change due injury in knee and she didnt care and didnt helped us at all! preferring silly British tourists over Indians despite paying the same money! Looks like Racism! All the time the tour operator Thrang was on hurry to complete the trip at Bana Hills. We were not even able to finish the Bana Hills rides and activities she was consistently calling us to come back. They wasted half an hour while returning on some random shop to force people buy items and…”
